1. go outside, somewhere beautiful. Mountains, creeks, rivers, oceans, and even city parks will work! Ideally you can be somewhere semi-private where you can feel free expressing from your heart. Somewhere you don't have to worry about hearing loud distracting sounds, or people hearing you much. Bring something comfy to sit on & maybe a blanket if it's chilly. 2. make sure your phone is not touching your body. preferably off to the side a bit (& on do not disturb/ airplane mode) so it doesn't interfere with your mind or emf field. close your eyes, feel your breath, get quiet, arrive. s l o o o o o w - d o w n the breath. Listen to the sounds around you, then ask permission to be on that land. If you receive a no, give thanks, go find a new spot and ask again :) If you receive a yes, feel the appreciation land in your body. You belong here. ✨🩵🙏🏻

3. choose your own adventure: it's time to ask for a song. Yes! you can just ASK! Pray to God, benevolent celestial beings, the land, Mama Earth, the angels, or a plant or animal friend you know lives in the area. Any and all of these options are beautiful and it's so magical to hear what is given from these sweet beings... such a variety of medicine they offer us! 🌴🌻🦎

4. get quiet again. tap into your heart & your intuition and really feel the connection to that being/ energy you are asking. begin to hum and make sounds, see what comes out. all is welcome here. words might start to form. don't judge them or think about them at all, just let them out. start looping whatever word(s) or phrase(s) you are given. melodies might shift & change and grow. vibe with it all. something will start to rise to the top. one phrase, one melody, maybe a couple of each. when something feels potent, feel free to write it down. at this point it is helpful to refrain from opening the phone with all it's distractions. keep looping the phrases that are present until new phrases start to naturally unfold afterwards. Soon you might have multiple lines coming through! ✨🎶✨ the more you listen & receive without judgement or fear, the more your channel is opened and magic will be able to flow through. ✨✨✨

5. at this point you can take out the phone & record what is coming through. if your goal is to capture this wisdom and do something more with it, recording is SO helpful. if you are only channeling this song for healing or other energy work in the moment, it is very powerful to let the sounds & words move through without attachment. Both practices are very magical and healing for ourselves, the Earth, and the world. when recording to keep the song seed intact, i find it helpful to start recording then turn off the phone screen so I can close my eyes again and vibe with what I'm receiving; letting it pour out in multiple iterations like a fountain or stream flowing from my heart 🐚🐚🐚

6. stay in this moment as long as it feels right and good. gather your song seed in written & audio form. Give deep thanks & praise to the one who gave you the song. If possible, offer something back. Like a dribble of water to Mama Earth, or a piece of hair to a tree or river etc. Reciprocity feels so good in this way. receiving & giving 🩵🩵🩵 i recommend waiting at least a day before revisiting your gift(s).
